Employment Contract of Directors and Senior Executives
The employment conditions of the managing director, chief executive
officer and specified executives are formalised in contracts of
employment. The employment contracts stipulate a range of one to six
month resignation periods. The company may terminate an employment
contract by providing written notice or making payment in lieu of
notice with the periods ranging from six months to twelve months.
Termination payments are generally not payable on resignation or
dismissal for serious misconduct.
