How do I view the completed report?
We will email you a URL where you can view the completed HTML report on our server. Once you have checked and approved it, we will release it to you for upload to your website by your IT resource. Alternatively we can host it for you at $240 plus GST per annum.
How do I pay?
Our terms are 50% payment in advance and 50% payable on completion of the report. You can pay direct to our bank account or by company cheque.
How long will it take to complete?
Completion of your HTML report is 7-10 working days from receipt of your PDF and other material.
How do I get the PDF of our printed report to report-axs?
Mail your PDF on CD-ROM to axs-system, Level 4, 20 Loftus Street, Sydney NSW 2000, or upload to the secure area on the axs-system website - we provide access details when you place your order.
How do I calculate the price?
Pricing of our Silver and Gold Solutions is as follows:
Silver Solution - $4,950 plus GST for up to 60 pages - additional pages @ $70 each plus GST
Gold Solution - $9,950 plus GST for up to 60 pages - additional pages @ $120 each plus GST
Platinum Solution starts at $14,950 plus GST - it requires us to first meet with you to discuss your specific requirements.
Why does an HTML report need hosting?
Similarly to a website, an HTML report requires hosting. This can be achieved by your own IT resource or we can host it for you.
If we host the HTML report ourselves, what do I need to arrange?
We need contact details for your IT resource so that we can supply instructions. You need to advise this person that it is an HTML report for online application and that it requires hosting and uploading to your company website server and when this needs to happen. You may want to also consider appropriate wording on you 'investor page' explaining that this is an HTML report and is accessed just like any website.
If axs-system hosts the HTML report, what will its URL be?
The URL will be www.report-axs.com/reports/monthyear/companyname
What if we are late supplying report-axs with our PDF?
Completion of your HTML report is 7-10 working days from receipt of your PDF. Subject to our workload we may be able to reduce the number of days. This will incur additional costs.
What if there is a mistake in the report I want to change after it has been published?
We can make changes to the report and resupply the HTML files. This will incur additional costs.
Can axs-system produce other documents in HTML for us?
Yes we can - half year reports, quarterly reports, prospectuses, announcements, in fact any type of document. Email us with your requirements.
I'd like to include some video with the HTML report - can report-axs help me?
Yes we can add audio, video and webcasts. Email us with your requirements.
